Refresher – For the repeat birthing person and support partner
Option A) One 3 hour class at $250 – Includes a review of labor phases, comfort measures and interventions
Option B) Two 3 hour classes at $450 – Includes a review of prior birth experience, labor phases, comfort measures, interventions, immediate postpartum care and birth planning
Express Childbirth Preparation – For first time or repeat birthing person and support partner
Three 3 hour classes at $650 – Includes psychology of birth, review of labor phases, comfort measures, interventions, birth plans and labor stations
Complete Confidence Childbirth Preparation – For any birthing person and support partner
Six 2-3 hour classes at $950 – Includes psychology of birth, phases of labor, role of pain, comfort measures, interventions, support systems, birthing preferences & plans, labor stations, immediate postpartum care, breastfeeding consult (with guest IBCLC), and partpartum planning
Currently I offer private, in-home lessons for expectant persons who live within a 15 mile radius of my home near Brier Creek in Raleigh.
